The duo arrived at the 12-cottage jungle resort late Tuesday evening, where they were welcomed with music, and traditional 'Bihu' dance.
After a night filled with fun, frolic, and a display of Assamese culture, Will-Kate headed to into the wild early Wednesday morning.
Dressed in cotton casuals with local Assamese hand-woven 'gamochas' around their necks, the couple enjoyed a safari through the wilderness.
The purpose behind the visit was to draw attention to the endangered species, including, one-horned rhinos.
Prior to their visit to Kaziranga, Will-Kate had spent time with children at a facility run by the Salaam Baalak Trust, and had attended a lunch hosted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
After a day's trip to Bhutan, the royal couple will wrap their tour with a visit to the Taj Mahal on Saturday.
