In a new claim, Kangana Ranaut calls Aamir Khan ‘ex-best friend’, says her feud with Hrithik Roshan ruined their friendship
Ranaut claimed Khan mentored her at the beginning of her career.

Taking to Instagram, the ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ actress shared a video clip of her appearing in the Aamir Khan talk show ‘Satyameva Jayate’ and wrote that during her early days in the industry, he mentored her, but as soon as she had a public fallout with Hrithik Roshan, he distanced himself from her. She also said that she missed the time when he was her best friend and said that her legal feud with Roshan alienated her from the industry. “One thing is for sure: He has mentored me, appreciated me, and shaped a lot of my choices before Hrithik filed that legal case against me. After that, they made their loyalties clear – it was one woman against the entire industry.”

In February, Ranaut took a potshot at Khan on Twitter. Retweeting a video clip where he was seen praising the acting chops to writer Shobhaa De, she wrote, “Bechara Aamir Khan … ha ha he tried his best to pretend like he doesn’t know that I am the only three times national award-winning actress …”
On the work front, Ranaut will next be seen in the Indira Gandhi biopic ‘Emergency’. She will also be seen in P Vasu’s ‘Chandramukhi 2’ where she will be playing the role of a danseuse.
Khan was last seen in the ‘Forrest Gump’ remake, ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ which was a box-office disaster. The movie also starred Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead role.
