Improper to haunt me for my past: Sunny Leone

"The objectionable video clips circulating here belong to when I was working in the adult film industry in the US. I have distanced myself from any such roles after becoming a part of the Indian film fraternity. I feel it would be improper to haunt me with the past when I am trying to move ahead in life," Leone, an Indian-origin American, was quoted by a source as telling the police.
The complaint against her was registered by Anjali Palan, a member of a right-wing outfit, at the Ramnagar police station on May 15. Leone was summoned to the Thane police headquarters. She drove down to the HQ and headed straight to the office of DCP (crime) Parag Manere. The actor recorded her statement in the presence of Manere and investigation officer Jagdish Sawant in English for over an hour.
