If you can't get over the notch on your iPhone X, this app, Notchy, will fix it for you

The iPhone X has a big notch on the screen. We actually stopped noticing it after a couple of days but some people just can’t get over it.

If you’re in the latter camp, a wallpaper app called Notchy can help.

By using lock and home screen wallpapers, it can make the notch ‘disappear’.

There are three ways to do this: fade (it fades to black towards the top), dark (most of the wallpaper is black; popular for amoled screens) and cutout (the image cuts to black exactly where the notch starts; makes the screen look like it has a larger but even bezel).

Select any image, download and apply. If you don’t like any of the pre-loaded wallpaper, you can also make your own from a photo you capture or any image stored in the gallery.

A pro version adds additional wallpaper and gradients to the mix for Rs 80, but it’s really not needed.
