The 38-year-old jokingly stated that he did not use any black magic or grand gestures to woo Selena. Turns out the trick to make her fall in love with him was as simple as being ‘nice’ and a good human.

‘I did not use, like, black magic or anything. I just was nice,’ revealed Benny Blanco to the host. He explained that the key to a healthy relationship lies in understanding your partner deeply, from the inside out, maintaining open lines of communication, and being willing to talk through difficult things together.

Benny Blanco’s secret to a happy relationship

Benny Blanco and Selena Gomez first met in 2008 when Selena was just 16 years old. Later on, they collaborated on a music project — Selena’s 2015 album Revival. Rumours of the duo dating each other started circulating in 2023, with the couple confirming their relationship status in the same year. They got engaged in December 2024.
