Author and business coach Ameet Parekh to mentor entrepreneurs on accelerating their business performance.

Are you a business owner wondering about how to accelerate your company’s growth? That’s a dream every entrepreneur nurtures. But many entrepreneurs struggle to survive and are not even in the path to growth because their businesses are solely dependent on them. They are the driving force behind every function. Be it marketing, sales, operations, accounts, or HR, an entrepreneur is involved in everything, which kills the business’s growth prospects. Business coach Ameet Parekh has the solution to this challenge. Excerpts of a recent interview:

What, according to you, is the real challenge that entrepreneurs face?

Entrepreneurs obsess over perfection. They think more, do less. Instead, they should focus on progress instead of perfection. Most entrepreneurs are constantly fire-fighting where they get so ‘busy’ with the operational processes that they move away from their true vision.

Can you tell us about your successful ‘How to Grow Your Business’ seminar?

Why are you known as a turnaround specialist?
Once a failed entrepreneur myself, I have witnessed the frustration that comes along with failure to scale up and staying mediocre even when you know you have the potential. I went on to learn the ways of setting up systems and processes to build a scalable business. After turning around my business, I realised there are thousands of entrepreneurs who could benefit from this knowledge. So, I started sharing my learning as a business success coach with certification from the International Coaches Federation.
