How to pit yourself against the office anger
Do you feel like banging your head after a while at your office? Holding your breath and meditating is not the only way out.

Stay away from negative talks
Do you hear some kind of gossiping around? Is someone talking ill about your boss or any of your colleagues? The only suggestion that you can give to yourself is- 'stay out of it!', there might be a few instances where your fellows would want you to join them and add on a few negative points to their list of bitching, but make sure that would only get you in trouble.
"It's just been a month that I have started working. I stay away from being presumptuous and judgmental. I have learnt, that there are two type of work mates around; one who would always talk ill about others and one who would appreciate the good qualities that each one has," says Isha Jhaveri, a fresher who has just entered in the corporate world. She chooses to be with the latter bunch of people that helps her being less frustrated and open minded.
Be open to your weaknesses
You would always want to boast about your strengths, but also know the other side of you! If confidence is one of your strengths, you should bravely also know what your weaknesses are. We are a mixed bag, no one is good at everything.
To give an example, if you know that you are bad with numbers, you can ask your coworkers to have a look at your calculations. That rectification would only help you to become accurate and more confident. If you think you have done the calculations without any mistake, and got over one of your weaknesses, give yourself a reward as simple as your favorite chocolate. That would make you happy. Do not crib about your mistakes, grow from it.
Ponder before you speak
Think before throwing your words. One usually ends up becoming rude and harsh. Remember, everyone works equally as much as you do.
"I have an experience if 12 years in entrepreneurship. I have seen many new faces come and go. It was very difficult in the beginning to work and deal with them. Earlier, I used to blast at them as they could not buck up with their work. Gradually, I realized that I too have been through this phase," says Aashka Pandit.
If you face any kind of harsh treatment from your colleague, returning them the harshness back would only spoil your relations. That does not mean that you repress speaking up even when needed, but handle the situation calmly and peacefully. Be diplomatic while conveying your message.
"If you end up meeting a deadline perfectly, treat yourself. In focusing on all that is negative, don't forget about the positives. Appreciate yourself for the good work you've put in and learn to give yourself a pat on the back every now and again," says Dr. Rajesh Goyal, a Consultant Psychiatrist. This would definitely help to boost up your self-confidence and will keep you far away from the feeling of displeasure.
Stay cool, stay happy!
