Radhika Gupta, MD and CEO at Edelweiss Mutual Fund, said that she has a brilliant time management hack that has helped her stay focused in life.
Sharing the trick with her 143.9K Twitter followers, the AMC boss urged people to make a list of 'five key things' that require their time in life, either personal or professional.
In order to stay focused on the goal, one must look at this list once a day, Gupta says. "It helps focus your attention on what matters and where you are (or are not) spending your time," she added.

According to Snapdeal's IPO draft papers last year, Bahl got a fixed compensation of Rs 3.5 crore, along with a performance bonus of Rs 1.5 crore, in the fiscal year 2021. He is entitled to receive this remuneration for a period of three years, starting April 1, 2021 till March 31, 2024.

The VC said that planning her work plan and week on a Sunday afternoon helps her feel in control. She schedules her meetings as well as other activities such as reading, exercise and meditation.
"When I schedule time, I feel more committed to completing the activity," she wrote.
Citing an example of writing blogs, Kola said she never seems to find free time for that. In such a scenario, she allots a two-hour-long uninterrupted time slot for writing which ensures she works on it dedicatedly at the end of the day.
