How do you manage a legacy across three family branches?

JK organisation was started by my great grandfather. We share that legacy. That is the goodwill of JK. When we introduce a product under this brand, the customer knows it has some quality standard. So when we put our name, it is also a commitment from our side. We happen to be a promoter family, but that doesn't mean we are running the business alone. We have professionals doing the job. We have certain values that are common for all the companies of the brand. It is the similar governance at all the companies that keeps the legacy intact.
