How does Shree Cement MD stay alert? By playing volleyball, taking CAT
The best leaders are constant learners — an adage that rings true for Hari Mohan Bangur, the managing director of Shree Cement.

For one, the 65-year-old still occasionally plays volleyball in Kolkata winters, whenever he gets time off from his office on the banks of the Hooghly river. And two; he attempts the popular MBA entrance exam — the Common Admission Test (CAT) each year.

In an interview to a business magazine recently, Bangur said that he would take the test each year to "check his mental alertness" — that is until it became fully-computerised recently. Talk about being on your toes.
