Gourmet tales: Kevin Flynn, Fiat Chrysler India MD, is hooked to 'ruby' curry on Fridays
Kevin Flynn, MD, Fiat Chrysler India, who has spent a little over two-and-a-half years in India, can't get enough of the spicy food here. He says that while Indian cuisine is popular in London, it comes with its own variation, and a quirky name.

"In London, we use a slang in which curry is called a ruby. It is too complex to explain, but yes, Friday night is ruby night," he says with a laugh.

Having spent some time in Mumbai, Flynn says he loves being in the city. "I think Mumbai offers a fantastic mixture of cuisines. That side of life is absolutely fantastic. I love the food, but I can't eat it every day," he joked, adding that he's already fighting the kilos.

"I am really enjoying the fish restaurants here, but unless I get to the gym in the week, it does not go in the right direction," he says.
