Holi 2022: Japanese Maki roll with cream cheese to add to the exotic flavours this season

This Holi, try a Japanese Maki roll with cream cheese. The vegetarian delight will surely add to the festive cheer of the season.

Ingredients:
- Cream Cheese - 40 gms
- Nori Sheet 1 Piece
- Japanese thin-sliced Cucumber 50 gms
- Carrot - thin-sliced 50 gms
- Zucchini Yellow 50 gms
- Zucchini Green 50 gms
- Sushi Vinegar 40 ml.
- 100 gms Sushi Rice
- Wasabi Mayo 80 gms
- Kikkoman Soy Sauce 40 ml
Step 1: Boil the rice and put it in two cups of water in a cooker and mix it. Transfer the sticky-firm Sushi rice to a large wooden bowl. Pour a quarter of the Sushi vinegar mixture with a wooden spatula onto the rice. Press the rice gently with a spoon to cool it. Remove lumps and fold them in the remaining Sushi Vinegar mixture, and let the rice sit for 5-7 minutes. Spread the rice evenly.
Step 2: Place half Nori sheet rough-side up on a Sushi mat. Moisten your hands and scoop a handful of rice place it on the Nori sheet. Press the rice to spread it evenly up to the edges of the Nori. Keep moistening your fingers as you do this.

Step 4: After finishing the roll, cut it into equal pieces and serve with Kikkoman Soy Sauce and Wasabi Mayo.
