Hiring mantra for TaskBob's Aseem Khare : It's time to rope in the family
Most startups have a frustrating experience hiring the first few people in their companies. A favourite bit of startup wisdom is to hire the right team, which ends being a crucial ingredient to success. TaskBob, the startup that offers services for home and utility problems, found out that sometimes, you have to convince the parents of the employees as well.

The reason: the office was run out of an apartment, where her colleagues were three young men (the founders). Finally, TaskBob's founder and CEO Aseem Khare, along with the rest of the team, invited the mother to have a look at the apartment, assuring her of a safe working environment. Clearly the boys passed the test.
