The annual outing of the world's rich and powerful at Davos for the World Economic Forum doesn't just provide ample food for thought. It also provides some scrumptious delights for the tummy. Because the real chatter and networking happens at the many closed door lunches and dinners hosted by the global elite on the sidelines of the conference.
One such high-powered sattvik lunch is hosted by the Hinduja brothers every year. After all, Switzerland is home turf for the family, with Prakash Hinduja (or PP as he is commonly known) based in Geneva and overseeing the group's European operations.The lunch is attended by some marquee names from the business community and this year was no different. Arundhati Bhattacharya (SBI ), Amit Kalyani (Bharat Forge), Anil Agarwal (Vedanta) and GM Rao (GMR) were among those who were present.

Gopichand `GP' Hinduja and brother Prakash addressed those assembled, making a pitch for India and its promising future.
Following which, guests enjoyed the many vegetarian delicacies put together by a team of chefs brought in from India as well as various parts of Europe. On the plate, kismish gugras, mattar kachoris, and pista, badam and anjir barfees jostled for space.
