She is known as the Queen of Halloween. But this time, Heidi Klum really outdid herself with her 2026 Halloween costume reveal. The 53-year-old German-American supermodel on Saturday (Oct. 31) arrived at her iconic Halloween bash wearing an over-the-top severed hand costume. The bizarre look featured long red claws and bloody veins bursting from a severed wrist, with Klum's face buried inside a gaping wound.

'Talk to the hand'

Klum was flanked by a hilarious five-person entourage sporting yellow hazmat suits. She also shared the look on her Instagram account, writing: "TALK TO THE HAND #HeidiHalloween 2026 HERE WE GO."


Klum has been hosting a Halloween bash since 2000. Ahead of this year's event, she had teased her costume on social media, with clips featuring props covered in fake blood and her makeup team getting ready to bring the look to life.

On the red carpet, one member of Klum's entourage kept her hydrated using a syringe of liquid shot into her bloody mouth. Her legs were hidden in the severed hand's middle and ring fingers, while she was able to slide one arm into the costume's thumb.

Heidi Klum's Halloween outfits

Over the years, Klum has gained a reputation for her iconic looks at her annual Halloween parties in New York City. Last year, Klum, also a TV host and producer, had arrived at her party dressed as Medusa from "Clash of the Titans". During previous appearances, Klum has transformed into a peacock, an alien, as well as Princess Fiona from "Shrek".

However, Klum's most famous costume might have been the one she sported in 2022, when she dressed as a worm, slithering around on the floor. Her husband, Tom Kaulitz, completed the other half of the costume as a fisherman.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter at the time, Klum shared that she had felt "claustrophobic" while wearing that costume. "I was so claustrophobic in that costume," she admitted.

"It is one thing to add prosthetics to your body — but to be stuck inside the worm body and not really be able to use my arms or feet was not very comfortable," she added.
