Who would have thought that we'd ever get to see Elvis Presley, who is rightly called the 'King of Rock and Roll', shake a leg to Punjabi beats. A video has been making the rounds on the Internet that shows the legend dancing to a Punjabi song.

The desi clip is a mash-up video which has now gone viral on social media.

People are absolutely delighted to watch the rock icon "grooving" and dancing to the beats.


The video is a mash-up on hit song 'Jailhouse Rock' by the late musician featuring the music video to the tune of 'Aaja Ni Aaja' by singer Hardeep Singh.

The short clip was shared on Twitter by Indian-born American lawyer Preet Bharara. "This is the most brilliant thing on the internet right now," he tweeted.


The tweet already has over 19K likes.

This isn't the first time that a mash-up has become a hit with netizens. Fan clubs keep dropping mash-up on their favourite artists and bands on trending songs and topics.

In the past, we have seen several search videos makes the rounds on social media of Korean pop band BTS, syncing their dance rehearsal or performance videos to different Bollywood hit songs.
