The Tesla boss took to his Twitter account on Monday to share the hack with his over 100 million followers. The 51-year-old wants you to make some changes to your bed.
According to Musk, raising the head of a bed by about 3 inches or 5 centimeters can help you fall asleep easily. The billionaire further added that one must not sleep three hours before bedtime for quality sleep.
"For improved quality of sleep, raise the head of your bed by about 3” or 5cm and don’t eat 3 hours before bedtime," Musk wrote on Twitter.

"Thanks Dr Oz. 5cm is 2 inches, btw. I would expect the “greatest engineer in the history of mankind” to be precise, not provide 2 measurements with a 33-50% difference," Twitter user replied to Musk.
"How cute that you think most people have an adjustable bed. We don't all have a sleep number mattress," the person tweeted.
