Most of us have, at some point, dreamt of sprouting wings and soaring the skies, especially during rush hour in Mumbai.

So when we asked RPG Enterprises’ Harsh Goenka what idea or product he would like to see made in India, his answer was a jetpack.

“The closest I have come to fulfilling my dream of flying is buying an air ticket, Goenka said. Known for his sense of humour, he added, “Unfortunately, these days, flying comes with new risks. One can be manhandled on the tarmac and slam-dunked like a basketball. With no alternative to my flying fantasy in sight anytime soon, I now have high hopes from the youth of this country to design a jetpack that I can afford.”

Goenka just has the bare minimum to ask out it – “If that jetpack lets me travel the distance from my home to my workplace in five minutes, it would be wonderful,” he said. Innovative repartee aside, Goenka’s idea of a futuristic India is leapfrogging improvement in infra and connectivity.
