Mahendra Singh Dhoni turns 38 today.
Some call him Mahi, others name him Captain Cool, but what remains unchanged is the legend that Mahendra Singh Dhoni is. Former captain of the Indian cricket team, MS Dhoni, turns 38 today. From kickstarting his career in 2004 to becoming the captain in 2007 and leading the boys in blue to victory in the 2011 World Cup and other major ICC events, the former skipper made an unforgettable mark in the cricketing world. One of the most-successful captains of all time, Dhoni brought India to a top spot in Test and ODI cricket.
Mahi's cool, composed nature combined with commendable skill for the game, has earned him billion fans all over the world. Today, as this youth icon turns a year older, Twitter is flooded with birthday greetings for Dhoni, and some of them have won our hearts.
The International Cricket Council (ICC), through a video, wished India's captain cool on his birthday. Calling him 'a name that changed the face of cricket', the international body honoured Mahi's 'undeniable legacy'.

In the video, current captain Virat Kohli and India's bowling star Jasprit Bumrah share why they look up to their leader. Kohli, while praising his captain, said that there's a lot to learn from Dhoni. He also said, in the video, that he is always up for Mahi's advice.

England wicket-keeper batsman Jos Buttler, called Dhoni Mr Cool and his idol. All-rounder Ben Stokes was also all-praises for Dhoni and said that no one in the game will ever be like him.
Deemed as one of the most-destructive captains of all time, Virender Sehwag also wished MS Dhoni with a heartfelt tweet. While sharing a picture with Dhoni, Sehwag called him a 'wonder of the cricketing world' in the birthday post.

India's batting all-rounder Kedar Jadhav shared a few pictures with Mr and Mrs Dhoni and their daughter Ziva on Twitter. While trying to express his love for Dhoni, Jadhav wrote, "Happy birthday @msdhoni (mahibhai) words are not enough to express my love for u, wish u all the success and happiness and health in life. God bless u always"

The Delhi Police said they found solid evidence against 3 Rajasthan Royal players - S Sreesanth, Ankeet Chavan and Ajeet Chandila - and arrested them others on alleged charges of betting and spot-fixing.
