Previously in an interview with Star Sports, Virat Kohli discussed his disciplined eating habits that help him maintain peak performance. He shared that 90% of his meals are steamed or boiled, with minimal seasoning—just salt, pepper, and lime. He doesn't prioritize the taste of food, explaining that he enjoys simple salads with light dressing and pan-grilled dishes with a touch of olive oil.
