Chemistry 101 The humble thali is getting a very modern makeover at Chemistry 101. Chef Stephen Gomes has puts together a thali — available in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options (Rs 450 and Rs 550 respectively) — which includes an amuse bouche, appetiser, main course and dessert.
