This unconventional routine was shared during a 2019 interview with CBS Sunday Morning, where he explained that he built the lightweight vessel from scratch, with assistance from his son. Tommy’s commute doesn’t start on the water. He begins his journey by cycling to the dock on a foldable bike, carrying his boat along with him.
