Google boss Rajan Anandan's advice for women entrepreneurs: Promote yourselves more
The angel investor feels that women entrepreneurs are better workers.

Anandan, who is also an angel investor in several women-led companies, feels women entrepreneurs are better workers and not pompous, unlike some of their male counterparts. And therefore, they should spread the word of their success.
“In my portfolio (of companies invested in), women founded companies tend to execute better, and they talk less,” Anandan said. “One of the things that women entrepreneurs can do is you should actually promote yourself a little more.”

The Google V-P of Southeast Asia and India pointed out that women founders focus a lot on building a company and building a team. If these positive stories are highlighted, he felt that aspiring women entrepreneurs would have role models — a very important factor.
