Golden Globes 2019: 'Bohemian Rhapsody' wins big, Lady Gaga bags award for original song;

The Golden Globe awards are here, and the list of winners will leave you amused.

While 'Bohemian Rhapsody' won big at the Golden Globes, Lady Gaga won the award for best original song 'Shallow' in 'A Star Is Born'.

Here's a quick look at all the winners.

Veteran actor Jeff Bridges gave an emotional speech and remembered his iconic role in "The Dude" while accepting the Cecil B DeMille Award for career achievement at the Golden Globes.

"If I'm lucky I'll be associated with 'The Dude' of rest of my life. I feel so honoured to be apart of that film," he said.

The Queen musical 'Bohemian Rhapsody' had an unexpected victory at the Golden Globes.

Rami Malek (L) won best drama actor for his role as late Queen frontman Freddie Mercury in 'Bohemian Rhapsody', and Glenn Close (R) won for 'The Wife'.

The biggest boost went to 'Green Book' with best comedy film and screenplay award.

Mahershala Ali (R) won the Golden Globes trophy in the Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in any Motion Picture category for 'Green Book'. He also thanked the most important women in his life for their constant support as he received his first ever Golden Globe Award.

Christian Bale won the best actor in comedy or musical category for his performance as Dick Cheney in 'Vice'.

Olivia Colman bagged the best actress, in a comedy or musical film category for her role of Queen Anne in 'The Favourite'.

The best actress in supporting role went to Regina King for her performance in 'If Beale Street Could Talk'.

And, Justin Hurwitz took home the best original score award for 'First Man'.

Michael Douglas (R) won the Best Actor in a Comedy Series award for his role of an aging acting coach in 'The Kominsky Method'. This is the actor's first role for a streaming outlet. The 74-year-old star dedicated the honour to this 102-year-old father, Kirk Douglas.Rachel Brosnahan who has received wide praise for her performance in 'The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel' took home the award for Best TV Actress in a Comedy.

FX series 'The Americans' got a going-away present as it won the Best Television Drama award. The Cold War spy thriller is coming to an end with its sixth season.However, 'The Americans' star Keri Russell lost out to Golden Globes co-host Sandra Oh (L) who took home the Best Dramatic Actress trophy. Oh, who bowed to her parents as they gave her a standing ovation from the audience, was recognised for playing investigator Eve Polastri in BBC America's Killing Eve'.

Richard Madden (Bottom R), the breakout star of the terrorism suspense series 'Bodyguard', won best actor in a drama series.

Patricia Arquette (R) has won the Golden Globe for best actress in limited TV series for her role in 'Escape at Dannemora'.

Ben Whishaw (C) and Patricia Clarkson won the best actor and actress award in limited TV series for their roles in 'A Very English Scandal' and 'Sharp Objects', respectively.

'The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story' bagged two award at Golden Globes.

The show won the best limited series or movie made for TV award, and Darren Criss (L) took home the best actor award in limited series or movie made for TV for the same series.

'Roma' won the Golden Globe award for best foreign language film, and Alfonso Cuaron (L) bagged the best director trophy for the Mexican movie.

The film is a cinematic ode to Cuaron's childhood in 1970s Mexico City.

Lady Gaga, along with co-writers Mark Ronson, Anthony Rossomando and Andrew Wyatt, won the best original song for 'Shallow' from her film 'A Star Is Born'.

'Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse' took home the trophy for best animated feature at the 76th annual Goldem Globe Awards.
