GoAir initiates probe after Chitrangda Singh blasts airline's staff for being rude towards co-passenger

The airline got in touch with the actress to know more about the incident.

The airline said that they have initiated a probe to get to the bottom of the matter and as per the findings, required actions will be taken.
After Bollywood actress Chitrangda Singh blasted GoAir, now known as Go First, for their air hostesses 'rude behaviour' with a co-passenger on a Mumbai to Delhi flight, the airline got in touch with the star to know more about the incident.

According to reports, Go First has assured that there will be a "Zero Tolerance Policy" if the staff is found guilty in the matter.

The airline said that they have initiated a probe to get to the bottom of the issue and as per the findings, required actions will be taken.


"The matter is under investigation. Depending on the findings of the probe, it shall be decided. But we have a Zero Tolerance Policy in such matters," Go First spokesperson told ETimes.

The investigation started after Singh took to her official Instagram handle and posted her grievance on the matter in her Stories, where she also called out the airhostesses for being rude to a co-passenger on the flight.

The actress had urged the airline to teach the staff manners while sharing her disappointment with the experience. "Please teach them some manners. Most high handed and arrogant attitude I have ever seen! Very disappointed with all of them. It reminded me of my worst experiences," the actress wrote in her Story.

In next post, the 45-year-old actress assured her fans that it wasn't her but a passenger sitting next to her who "ill treated by the air hostesses despite him being utterly polite and patient."

"It was just NOT done for the crew to show such arrogance!" Singh added.
