According to a report by People magazine, Connie Simpson has never let fame change he rmodw of work. Fondly called Nanny Connie, her childcare portfolio consists of A-list celebrities, and her approach to her job is with the same patience, honesty and personal connection she brings to every family. Connie jas revealed that instead of going over the moon working for big stars, she has always tried to see the person behind the public image.

One memorable interaction was with Matt Damon, where Connie confessed to knowing little about his film career. She worked for Matt’s family around 2008. While Connie’s friends and family were excited for her, she barely knew his work, besides The Talented Mr. Ripley, which Connie found quite fascinating.


When Connie finally met Matt, her straightforward and honest words to him were, ‘Son, listen, don’t ask me nothing about your movies because I don’t know a damn thing about any of them, but I’m going to tell you, you killed that Talented Mr. Ripley. You were all of it, man.’
