Gautam Singhania’s big win on the Ferrari race track

Racing aficionado and Chairman and MD, Raymond Limited, Gautam Singhania made his debut race at the Ferrari Challenge 2014 last Friday.

Singhania, the first Indian to race at this annual event, finished third at the Coppa Shell event on day two of Ferrari Mondiali at the Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi.

Friends and family — Vikrampati Singhania, Bakul Jain— cheered for Singhania during the race. The evening of the win, says a friend, was spent celebrating at an offi cial function by organisers. But the highlight was a cocktail dinner hosted by Singhania a day before the race where select drivers and family raised a toast to the big day ahead.
