Gauri Khan takes her designs to Paris
Gauri Khan has dabbled in film production, designed a collection for fashion brand Satya Paul and now taken her furniture line at Maison&Objet to Paris.

CraftreD Designs Pvt. Ltd. has crafted this furniture line for her label. Collaborating with her for this show will be Régis Mathieu, owner of chandeliers under the Mathieu Lustrerie brand and Jean-François Lesage, the son of the founder of the prestigious Paris-based House of Lesage.

Khan is currently visiting Maison&Objet Paris to chalk out the details of the impending show. Talking about her decision to take her collection to Paris, Khan says, "I created this line as I wanted to design a collection that would reflect my sense of creativity and sensibility. Being invited to be part of this very prestigious fair is recognition that our efforts are in the right direction. The unique creativity at such a forum is quite exciting for one inclined to design."
