Restaurant: Le 1947 in France. chef Yannick Alléno’s menu of traditional Alpine dishes with a contemporary twist is nothing short of pure genius.

Book: Chef Daniel Boulud by Assouline. the book is a celebration of Daniel, one of the greatest restaurants in the world, and has memories of my eating years in New York Ci ty.
