From Paris, with love: Bride-to-be Priyanka Chopra sends 'wedding' macarons to 'The Sky Is Pink' sets

Priyanka Chopra, who is all set to tie the knot with singer Nick Jonas at Jodhpur's Umaid Bhawan Palace on December 2, is busy with her wedding preparations. The actress was recently spotted in Paris with mum Madhu Malti, and seems like apart from shopping for high-end fashion, one of the other reasons for her visit to the city of love was sending home sweets for the wedding.

Chopra was shooting for Shonali Bose's 'The Sky Is Pink' before leaving for Europe, and has now sent back boxes of macarons from French luxury baker Laduree Paris to the film's team back home. Established in 1862, Laduree Paris is one of the world's best-known macaron sellers. This bride-to-be's idea of 'shaadi ka ladoo' is definitely with a twist.

Co-star Farhan Akhtar shared Instagram Stories of Bose with the box of macarons.

Stylist Eka Lakhani also posted Instagram Stories thanking Chopra, with the caption,"When Shaadi ke Ladoos come straight from Paris to Chandini Chowk."

Chopra also replied to Akhtar on social media, with a post of her own.

The 'Quantico' star had earlier posted a picture with her mother and friends hanging out in Paris.

Reportedly, the pre-wedding festivities will take place at the Mehrangarh Fort, and will also Jonas perform on Chopra's songs. Ganesh Hedge is rumoured to be choreographing the sangeet ceremony.

The couple, who made their relationship official with a roka ceremony in August, are busy with their wedding preparations, and Chopra recently even created a $14,000 wedding registry with Amazon.
