Even as Dropbox is putting out figurative fires with respect to its Project Infinite, an upcoming feature of the cloud file syncing and sharing device, it had to deal with a literal one at the company’s San Francisco headquarters on May 26. Kunal Shah, Chairman of Freecharge, was at the Dropbox’s headquarters when the fire broke.

Shah tweeted on Thursday, “Was leaving @Dropbox office and fire alarms went off and now see fire trucks. Hope all safe.”

To this, the product leader at Dropbox, Parakram Khanpur, replied, “a small fire indeed”. Shah came back with sound advice, “Oops. Hope you didn’t go back in to get your stuff.”
