Freshness Punch
Ingredients
Cucumber slices: 6-7
Basil: 3-4 leaves
Gin: 60 ml
Fresh lemon juice: 5 ml
Honey: 10 ml
Method
- Muddle the cucumber slices with basil
- Add lemon juice, honey, gin and tonic water and shake well with ice cubes
Colorado Cooler
Ingredients
Soda: 45 ml
Fresh lemon juice: 5 ml
Simple syrup: 10 ml
Whisky: 60 ml
Bitters: A dash
Method
- Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes.
- Strain and serve chilled.
Citrus Limetta Martini
Ingredients
Sweet lime juice: 60 ml
Vodka: 45 ml
Orange liqueur: 15 ml
Fresh lemon juice: 10 ml
Method
- Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes.
- Strain into a martini glass and serve.
Mangorita
Ingredients
Mango puree: 20 ml
Tequila: 45 ml
Orange liqueur: 15 ml
Dry green chilli paste: ½ tsp
Fresh lemon juice: 5 ml
Rock salt & fried green chilli paste: For the rim
Method
- Line the rim of a margarita glass with the rock salt and fried green chilli paste
- Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes
- Strain and serve
