Force Motors MD Prasan Firodia bonds with his sons by playing the good cop

He spends most of his time either in board rooms or on race tracks, but Prasan Firodia always makes time for his kids. And he has his own father to thank for this habit.

Speaking to ETPanache recently, the Force Motors MD said of his father, Abhaykumar Firodia, “He has been a great mentor to me. There are so many things I have done which he could see were not the right decisions, but he let me do it. He let me learn from my mistakes. I try to do the same for my kids too.”

Firodia plays good cop to his twin kids, Ameya and Anant, instead of “boring them with studies”. “I let my wife, Sejal do that,” he says, with a laugh.


The doting dad goes on treks, ATV rides, and road trips instead with his boys. “Our weekends are all about outdoor activities near our farmhouse near Pune. We also went to Nepal for a few days,” Firodia added.
