Ferrari Fxx-K to debut at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Both the new Ferrari 488 GTB and the experimental FXX-K will be making their UK debuts at this year’s event, held in the grounds of Goodwood House, West Sussex. However, they won’t simply be on show, they will be taking to the track alongside a host of other current and classic Ferraris when the show hits the road on the last week of June.

In all, 19 Ferraris, some dating back to the 1950s, will be heading to the event. But for many visitors the highlight will be the 1050hp FXX-K. It’s a V12 hypercar, built for private clients to race on the track only, which was revealed at a special event in Dubai earlier this year. It is the most powerful and most expensive production in Ferrari’s history.

Ferrari describes the car’s specs as — overall power output of 1,050 cv of which 860 are punched out by the conventional V12 engine with the remaining 190 cv delivered by the electric motor, plus total maximum torque e xceed in g 90 0 Nm.
