In the now-viral video, Duncan is seen sitting inside a bus, smiling as he recounts his story. He said he met a man named Gaurav just three days ago, but the stranger quickly turned into a friend. Gaurav welcomed Duncan into his home, shared meals with him, took him to a family wedding, and even accompanied him to the Golden Temple in Amritsar. Before they parted ways, Gaurav went one step further — he booked a bus ticket to Jaipur for Duncan to continue his journey.

Calling it “unlike anything else in the world,” Duncan said he was blown away by the generosity and warmth he received.
