There is a time when mistakes are charming. Use it to indulge whims and trends. But as you mature, so must your sense of style. Avoid checks and horizontal stripes if you are a larger man. They do your body no favours. Also steer clear of loud labels on belts and clothes. It screams, ‘Trying too hard. And failing’”.

“The classics. A white button-down dress shirt, a blazer, sherwani, bandhgala (in both linen and wool) and blue jeans. Easy to customise but don’t mess with perfection.”
