Fashion designer Wendell Rodricks's Goa villa to become museum
The icon of the Indian minimalist sartorial elegance is to open a museum at his home in his village Colvale, Goa.

Rodricks is opening the museum in his home in the village of Colvale. He says the house will stay as it is, though he may have to add a wing for storage and an office in the half-acre plot.
Meanwhile, Rodricks and his partner Jerome Marrel have zeroed in on a home in the village and are waiting to close the deal."As soon as that is done, we will move and set about converting Casa Dona Maria into the Moda Goa Museum," says Rodricks.
It is expected to take about five years from now and Rodricks says that he is looking forward to the change."We have lived in this home for 20 years. I love it and it will be a change to live elsewhere. But those who know me will tell you that I have no attachment to physical or material things.
I am least bothered about things of material value and money. So the transition will not be difficult at all. In the end, one can't take a half acre plot to a six feet grave."
