Fascinated by internships? Sheryl Sandberg's Facebook Live with her two interns will answer all your questions

Three women in tech discuss 'why such few women in tech?'

Fascinated by internships? Sheryl Sandberg's Facebook Live with her two interns will answer all your questions
Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook's chief operating officer, has been an advocate for more women in the workplace (with special emphasis on tech). She has often spoken about fairer pay, stronger policies for women at work, and even the importance of girls to be leaders as early as possible in their lives.

Recently the 'Lean In' author conducted a Facebook live session with two Facebook interns, both of who happened to be girls (now that's called teaching by example).

Keeping the tradition of giving some of the best Facebook Live conversations, Sandberg's latest session addressed the often-asked questions about internships, mentors, and since the conversation was between three women in tech, that point couldn't be ignored.

Sandberg was in conversation with Joy Ofodu who is a summer intern on Instagram's teen community team and Nicole Rasquinha, a software engineer, who is an intern on Facebook Messenger.

She started the conversation addressing it to everyone who's been an intern, plans to be one day, or is simply fascinated by internships.

It's a conversation between a mentor and interns, but the mutual respect is evident as they discuss projects, future plans, and getting more women into tech.
