Farah Khan Ali slaps legal notice on rival for trying to imitate her creations
Last week, jewellery designer Farah Khan Ali created a stir on social media. She announced on her Facebook page: "Discovered a Copy "Rat" who was a copycat. Sent a legal notice one she wouldn't miss. Inspire don't replicate!!! (sic)"

As queries to reveal the name of the designer who allegedly copied her designs mounted, Farah gave another clue — "the hint is in the rat". Refusing to divulge any further, Farah, when contacted, confirmed that she has indeed served a rival jewellery designer a legal notice.

"Trying to pass off someone else's designs as your own is a stupid thing to do in this day and age where one can get to know of such stunts via the Internet," Farah said.

"I have solid evidence of this designer blatantly copying my designs and claiming them to be hers." A source says Farah is also asking for an apology and compensation. Will the rat squeak, er, speak up?.
