Fans of BTS' V and BLACKPINK'S Jennie are convinced that K-pop singers are dating. Here's why

Korean pop artists have a huge fan following and are popular across the world. So it's needless to say that their private lives aren't that private.

The Internet is usually buzzing with one or another report about K-pop stars and their private lives. At present, BTS singer V and BLACKPINK member Jennie seem to be at the centre of a storm as the two are rumoured to be dating.

Several alleged pictures of Kim Tae-hyung, known as V and Jennie Kim, aka Jennie, are making the rounds of social media as their fans speculate that the two have been dating for a few weeks.


Dating rumours about members of BTS and BLACKPINK kicked off after a few fans spotted similarities in pictures of V and Jennie. For example, in a recent picture, V was spotted at the KIAF Seoul Art Exhibition accompanied by a friend, actor Park Bo-gum.

The BTS singer was dressed in a formal shirt paired with beige pants and a cap - which caught everyone's attention and raised suspicion.

Fans started drawing comparisons between V's cap - Liberty National Golf Club one, was similar to the one Jennie was seen sporting in a picture click at the Statue of Liberty.

As the picture started making the rounds on Twitter, fans started speculating whether it was the same cap and if V and Jennie had visited the golf club together.


On the other hand, it's being reported that the iCloud account of BLACKPINK member has been hacked, which led to an alleged leak consisting pictures of Jennie with someone who fans think is BTS singer V.

The alleged screenshots and pictures have now gone viral on Twitter.

Meanwhile the talent management agencies YG Entertainment and HYBE (formerly known as Big Hit Entertainment), who manage Jennie and V, respectively, have not yet released a statement on the dating report.
