I work out and look after my diet and that makes a positive difference to my life, for sure. It gives you confidence. For soul, you have to do the things that you enjoy, like hanging out with the kids, listening to music and just being motivated.

I exercise, I gym, I believe in Isha Sadhguru. So I try and meditate as and when I have the time. Work for me is keeping my mind, body and health fine. Right now, I am just 33. For soul, I’ll look into that 30-40 years from now.

I have a two-year-old child and a three month-old baby, so playing with them is the best thing for my soul. Getting back to work after having my kids was nourishment for my mind. I love what I do, it’s so fulfilling. For my body, I need to get back to doing something and soon (laughs).

I go to the gym every morning regularly, and run at least thrice a week. I participated in my first marathon this year. For my mind, I do bit of meditation and I also like to read. As for soul, I haven’t got to that stage, yet (laughs). Maybe after a few years. But my ideal nourishment would be travelling with my family.
