Shah Rukh Khan’s equation with ‘brother’ Salman Khan
Shah Rukh Khan once appeared on Salman Khan’s reality game show Dus ka Dum, where the 60-year-old talked about how his Karan Arjun co-star made him feel like he was Salman’s little brother. Shah Rukh revealed that although Salman was 1.5 months younger than him, the Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan star took care of him like an elder sibling. SRK had a similar warm stance for Salman’s family. The movie icon also admitted that he relished several homemade dishes at Salman’s residence. This is, however, not the first time that Shah Rukh Khan heaped praise on his film contemporary. Before his Rs 12,490 crore networth, as shared by Hurun India Rich List 2025, to become one of the richest entrepreneurs in the world, he remembered the first time he arrived in Mumbai. In an interview with IANS in 2018, he shared that while struggling to make a name for himself in the film world, he received unwavering support from Salman’s father, Salim Khan. Shah Rukh went as far as to acknowledge that it was because of Salman and his loved ones that he found his footing as the “Shah Rukh Khan”.
