Emraan Hashmi to host first screening of 'Mr X' for son

MUMBAI: Actor Emraan Hashmi will treat his superhero-lover son, Ayaan, and his family to the first private screening of his sci-fi thriller " Mr X".

The Vikram Bhatt-helmed film will see Emraan playing a man with invisible superpowers for the first time in his career, and the actor is excited to show it to his son.

"Ayaan loves superheroes and now that I am playing a character that has this incredible power of invisibility, I'm confident that my son will enjoy this film of mine.

"It will be just great to gauge his reaction. Mr X is a full on masala, family entertainer in 3D and yes I will host the first screening of the film for him and my family," Emraan, 36, said.

Produced by Vishesh Films and presented by Fox Star Studios, the film will release in 3D and 2D on April 17.
