Paris is no longer enough for Emily Cooper. After years of glamorous outfits, complicated romances, workplace drama and unexpected European detours, Emily is preparing for one last adventure. The first look at Emily in Paris Season 6 has been unveiled - sunshine, seaside locations and familiar faces, while also raising fresh questions about Emily and Gabriel’s relationship. As the popular series heads towards its final chapter, fans are eager to know what is waiting for their favourite characters.

Emily in Paris Season 6 OTT release date and platform

Emily in Paris Season 6 will premiere on Netflix on December 24, with Lily Collins returning as Emily Cooper. The final season will be available to viewers in India as part of the Netflix release.

The upcoming season promises to take the story beyond the streets of Paris. First-look pictures have gave us a glimpse of Emily in Greece, where the show will bring together its trademark mix of romance, friendship, fashion and workplace drama.




One of the biggest questions surrounding the new season is whether Emily and Gabriel will finally get another chance at love. The chef, played by Lucas Bravo, is also seen in Greece in the new images, putting the former couple in the same location once again.

Their relationship has gone through several twists across the previous seasons. At the end of Season 5, Gabriel discovered that Emily and Italian fashion businessman Marcello, played by Eugenio Franceschini, had ended their relationship. Gabriel subsequently sent Emily a postcard asking her to join him before he began working aboard billionaire Thomas Heatherton’s yacht.

The development could once again bring Emily and Gabriel closer, especially after years of missed opportunities and complicated relationships.

Emily and Gabriel reunite in Greece?

Creator Darren Star has previously suggested that the possibility of Emily and Gabriel being together has never completely disappeared. Speaking to Tudum, he indicated that there is always an open door between the two characters.

That possibility becomes even more interesting with the Season 6 first-look images. Emily and Gabriel appear together in a Greek setting, leaving fans wondering whether their long-running romantic story could finally receive a satisfying ending.

Star also explained that he wanted the final season to feel bigger than the previous chapters. According to the creator, the team wanted to create the biggest Emily in Paris experience yet by taking the characters to multiple locations. He specifically mentioned Greece as a place the show wanted to showcase in a spectacular way.

For Emily, however, travelling to a new country does not mean leaving her fashion sense behind. The first-look pictures tease her seaside wardrobe, suggesting that the colourful and elaborate outfits that have become a signature part of the series will remain a major feature of the final season.

What happens to Mindy, Alfie and Agence Grateau?

Emily will not be the only character dealing with complicated relationships. Her best friend Mindy, played by Ashley Park, also appears to have a romantic problem to solve.

Mindy accepted a marriage proposal from Nicolas, played by Paul Forman, at the end of Season 5. However, the new Season 6 images show her spending time with her former boyfriend Alfie, played by Lucien Laviscount.

Mindy and Alfie had developed feelings for each other earlier, but their relationship became complicated because of Emily’s history with Alfie. Although Mindy eventually got back together with Nicolas, Alfie told her during the Season 5 finale that he believed she was making the wrong decision.

The new season will therefore reveal whether Mindy sticks to her plans to marry Nicolas or gives her old relationship with Alfie another chance.

Meanwhile, the professional drama at Agence Grateau is also continuing. Sylvie (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu), Luc (Bruno Gouery) and Julien (Samuel Arnold) are returning, while Princess Jane (Minnie Driver), who joined in Season 5 as an equity partner, is also part of the new chapter.

Princess Jane’s work at the Rome office created problems for the agency, but Agence Grateau could hardly afford to reject the financial support she brought.

With Emily heading to Greece, Gabriel back in the picture, Mindy caught between Nicolas and Alfie and Agence Grateau facing its own troubles, Emily in Paris Season 6 has plenty of unfinished stories to wrap up. Stay tuned!
