A lot of people wait for motivation to strike before they take action. But what if that’s exactly what’s holding you back? Vedika Bhaia, a Mumbai-based founder, has cracked a method that doesn’t rely on fleeting motivation—and it’s worked wonders. Taking to LinkedIn, she posted how she built her agency, and a set of high-value skills, all from showing up every single day for 3 years. Her secret? Simplicity, structure, and low expectations. Here’s the 5-step system she swears by:

Step 1: The Worst Day Test

Vedika asks one powerful question: “What’s the absolute minimum I can do on my worst day?” Not the day you’re brimming with energy. The day you’re tired, stressed, or just not feeling it. Build your habits to match that version of yourself.

Step 2: Make it stupidly small

Don’t shoot for the stars right away. Vedika kept things intentionally tiny:
→ One LinkedIn post (not juggling multiple platforms)
→ Three client calls max (not twenty)

→ Just 30 minutes of learning (not hours of deep study)

Step 3: Follow the 2-Week Rule

Commit to your bare minimum for just 14 days. That’s it. Most people crash because they overcommit. Vedika’s strategy? “I succeeded because I aimed embarrassingly low.”

Step 4: Track just one thing

She didn’t overcomplicate things. A simple calendar, an “X” for every day she showed up. No fancy app. No guilt. Just a visual cue to stay consistent.

Step 5: Only scale after 30 days

She’s clear on this: if you miss more than two days in a month, your habit is too ambitious. Shrink it again. Master consistency first—everything else comes later.

Her parting advice? “Pick ONE habit. Make sure it’s stupidly simple to follow. Do it for 2 weeks.” Start small. Stay consistent. That’s the real game-changer.
