Elegant soirée post ET Awards for Corporate Excellence 2014

After the gala Economic Times Corporate Excellence Awards 2014, guests were ushered into the Mumbai Trident’s Lotus Room, where a lavish sit-down dinner was hosted.

Talk of business was punctuated as guests sipped golden hued saffron water and wine, which complemented the roasted almonds served alongside.

The elite guests also enjoyed a warm Cream of Cepe & Portobello Mushroom and a delicately flavoured Salad of Mozzarella and Tomato before moving on to the main course — Artichokes & Burrata-fi lled Semolina Gnocchi.

Rich Truffles and a decadent Belgian Chocolate Pave brought the evening to a close.
