Edelweiss Mutual Fund MD has something to say to those complaining about their bosses

Being a boss is no easy task. And more so when the world is virtual, and screens are the only way to get one's message across. There is pressure on teams to perform under this 'new normal', but also on leaders to keep the morale of their employees up.

And while whining about the boss comes naturally to most of us, Edelweiss Mutual Fund MD & CEO Radhika Gupta had a word of advice for the regular complainers.

Taking to Twitter, the woman boss, on Wednesday, wrote, "Before complaining about your boss, think about what people say about you as a boss."



Now, that is some advice that can go a long way in building stronger teams.
