"How do you make parents - who may be conservative - partners in your ambitious journey?" - a young girl had asked this question to the 38-year-old AMC boss.
In reply to the "super question", Gupta said that taking baby steps is key. One cannot expect overnight change in his/her parents. "Make them partners in your success and failure. Don’t underestimate them," she added.
