Ed Sheeran has a ‘Perfect’ moment with Shah Rukh Khan, wows Mumbai fans by singing in Punjabi with Diljit Dosanjh

A video of pop sensation Ed Sheeran singing his hit song ‘Perfect’ along with Bollywood ‘Badshah’ Shah Rukh Khan has gone viral on social media. On Sunday ‘Om Shanti Om’ director, Farah Khan shared a video on Instagram where Sheeran could be seen performing the chartbuster along with the ‘Pathaan’ star at Torii, a restaurant in Bandra launched by the star’s wife Gauri Khan.

Sharing the video, the ‘Tees Maar Khan’ director wrote, “Best of 2 concerts! Guess which was my favourite (black heart emoji) #voiceofanangel.” She also shared a video of herself performing with Sheeran and SRK at the Mahalaxmi Race Course. The concert took place on Saturday evening.

Earlier, a video of the singer recreating Khan’s iconic open-arm pose with the superstar went viral. Sharing the clip on his Instagram handle, the ‘Shape Of You’ hitmaker wrote, “This is the Shape of Us. Spreading love together.”


On March 15, the ‘Tees Maar Khan’ director hosted a grand party for Sheeran at a restaurant in Mumbai. The party was attended by many stars such as Hrithik Roshan, Madhuri Dixit etc.

On Saturday, Sheeran performed with popular Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh in Mumbai. The duo bedazzled the audience with a rendition of the latter’s hit song ‘Lover’. The audience was left spellbound as Sheeran sang Punjabi lyrics fluently. Later, the ‘Good Newz’ star shared a clip of their electrifying performance on his Instagram handle and wrote, “@teddysphotos Brother Singing in PANJABI for the First Time. BURRAAAA. Chak deya Ge.” Sheeran also shared the clip on his Instagram account and wrote, “ Got to bring out @diljitdosanjh tonight in Mumbai and sing in Punjabi for the first time. I’ve had such an incredible time in India, more to come! (sic).”

Sheeran was in India recently, as part of his Asia and Europe tour.
