Dwayne Bravo's fitness mantra: Working on lower-body strength
The all-rounder's lower body is key for his performance as a cricketer.

After a successful IPL stint in May, the all-rounder is now wielding his bat for a Canadian cricket league. But no matter which part of the world he’s in, Bravo finds a way to keep himself fit.
“Some players work on endurance, some work on strength, some work on different other things. You have to find that balance what works for you and what doesn’t,” he said.
For the West Indian cricketer, working on his lower body strength takes precedence over all.
“My lower body is key for my performance as a cricketer. Most of my training is based around that.”
